266nm Laser
266nm lasers have shorter wavelengths than conventional lasers in the infrared and visible bands, resulting in not only a smaller focused spot, but also higher absorption coefficients on some special materials. Therefore, 266nm laser can be applied to the processing of silicon and ceramic materials, sapphire crystal scribe, perforation of copper layer of multilayer PCB circuit board, etc. In addition, ultraviolet lasers can also be widely used in ultra-high density optical drives, precision material processing, ultraviolet curing, photolithography, photoprinting, medical, spectral analysis, scientific research and other fields. The Nd:YVO4 laser crystal pumped by LD end face was modulated with acoustooptic Q-switch to produce 1064 nm quasi-continuous laser, and the class II critical phase-matched LBO crystal was used for intracavity frequency doubling to generate 532 nm green light.Then the out-of-cavity quadruple frequency of type I critical phase-matched BBO crystal is used to achieve quasi-continuous 266 nm ultraviolet laser output with high average power, high efficiency and high beam quality.

The laser pulse is pure without tail, the single pulse energy is stable, and the beam quality is good. The integrated design of semiconductor pump module and laser crystal makes the compact laser head easy to install and integrate. The system supports internal and external triggering. This series of products include four wavelengths of 1064nm, 532nm, 355nm and 266nm. The full sealing module inside the laser head can be used by customers for secondary development and application.
