Return policy
Crylink is committed to ensuring our customers are completely happy, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply complete this form to request an RMA number.
Crylink offers its customers the ability to return new unused. undamaaed standard sized Cataloa products within 30 davs of oriainal date of purchase for full credit. OEM volumes of products returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom sized parts may not be returned as part of the 30 days trial.
Product returned without an RMA number will not be accented and will be returned at sender’s expense.
Returned products are subject to inspection.
RMA instructions
1. Complete the below form. including a detailed reason for the return.
2. Parts must be returned in their original packaging and packaged in a manner to prevent damage.
3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shippina container and place a copy of the return
authorization with the returning products.
